Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

with Toffee

After testing and creating our Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie, thoughts of crunchy bits of buttery and slightly salty toffee immediately crossed our minds. Combining the chewy cookie dough with bursts of semi-sweet chocolate and the hint of perfect salty crunch from the toffee will really stop you in your tracks and force you to savor this special cookie moment. Pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds and it's like they're fresh out of the oven with gooey globs of chocolate!

 

Made with premium butter and Guittard chocolate. Each cookie weighs at least 2 oz. before baking. We take special care to perfectly brown the premium butter, which adds additional flavor and nuttiness. We also give our cookie dough days' time to hydrate, rest and allow the ingredients to happily merry together for your cookie enjoyment!

Ingredients: Unbleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Butter (Milk), Guittard Chocolate Wafers (Cacao Beans, Evaporated Cane Syrup, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin), Guittard Chocolate Chips (Cane Sugar, Cacao Beans, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin and Vanilla), Granulated Sugar, Brown Sugar, Milk Chocolate, Palm Oil, Eggs, Almonds, Baking Powder, Vanilla, and Salt. Contains milk, eggs and almonds*.

*There are very small amounts of almonds in the toffee that are not noticeable to taste.
